Understanding Standings & Rankings

1League Standings

League standings are points-based:

  • Win = 2 points
  • Draw = 1 point
  • Loss = 0 points

If players are tied on points, tiebreakers are applied to determine the final order.

2Tiebreakers

When two or more players have the same number of points, tiebreakers are applied in this order:

  1. Total points — the primary ranking metric
  2. Leg difference — legs won minus legs lost
  3. Three-dart average — higher average ranks better
  4. Head-to-head result — the result between the tied players

3Division Standings

Division standings use the same points system as leagues, but are cached for faster display. Standings refresh automatically when matches are completed.

Promotion and relegation positions are highlighted in the standings table so players can see where they stand at a glance.

4Handicap Standings

When handicaps are enabled, standings use effective totals (actual legs + bonus legs) for determining wins, losses, and draws. Legs for and legs against also include bonus legs.

The league table shows an "H'cap" column so you can see each player's handicap value alongside their results.

5Global Rankings

The site-wide rankings page shows the top 100 players across all leagues on Oche Aye The Noo, ranked by career 3-dart average.

To qualify for the rankings, a player must have completed at least 10 league matches. The rankings also show win percentage, total matches played, and number of leagues.

6Rank Changes

The rankings page shows weekly movement indicators so you can track your progress:

  • Green arrow — you moved up since last week
  • Red arrow — you moved down since last week
  • NEW — you just qualified for the rankings
  • Dash — no change since last week

Rankings are updated weekly, with snapshots taken every week to track changes over time.

Tip: You can export league standings as CSV from the league table page.
