By accessing or using Oche Aye The Noo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Oche Aye The Noo is a darts league management platform that allows users to:
- Create and manage darts leagues
- Record match results and track statistics
- View league standings and player performance
- Schedule and organize matches
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration
To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your password
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
3.2 Account Approval
New accounts require approval by a league manager or administrator. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke access at our discretion.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false or misleading match results
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
- Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
5. League Management
5.1 League Managers
League managers are responsible for:
- Approving or rejecting player join requests
- Ensuring accurate match results
- Managing league settings and configurations
- Enforcing fair play within their leagues
5.2 Match Results
Match results should be entered accurately and in good faith. Deliberately falsifying results may result in account suspension.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Oche Aye The Noo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (such as player nicknames, league names). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content as part of the Service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oche Aye The Noo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oche Aye The Noo and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14. Pricing and Access
Oche Aye The Noo is currently provided free of charge to all users. Some leagues may collect their own entry fees — these are at the sole discretion of the league manager and are entirely separate from the platform.
We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features or tiers for league organisers in the future. Any such changes will be communicated in advance, and participation as a player will remain free. Continued use of the Service after a pricing change is announced constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
