7Things to Do While You Wait
While you wait for your league to start, here are a couple of things you can do in the meantime:
Play Friendly Matches
You can set up casual matches against other registered players to get some practice in. Friendly matches don't count towards the league standings — they're just for fun.
- From the menu, go to Matches
- Click "Create Friendly Match"
- Select yourself as Player 1 and pick your opponent as Player 2
- Choose the date, legs to win (e.g. 3 = best of 5), and optionally add a time and venue
- Click "Create Friendly Match"
Your opponent will get a notification. Once you've played, either of you can enter the scores.
Start Your Own League with Friends
If you fancy running a small league of your own (e.g. a work league, local pub league, or just a group of mates), you can request to become a League Manager:
- From your Dashboard (home page), click the "Run a League?" button
- Fill in a short reason for why you'd like to run a league
- Click "Submit Request"
- An admin will review and approve your request
- Once approved, you'll be able to create your own leagues, invite players, schedule matches, and manage everything yourself
