Player Availability Guide

Let managers and the auto-scheduler know when you're free to play. This is entirely optional — you can still be scheduled on any day — but setting your availability means fewer conflicts and faster match booking.

1Find Your Availability Page

Go to your Player Profile and look for the Availability card. If you haven't set any days yet, you'll see a prompt that says "Set your availability". Click it, or navigate directly to Players → your profile → Edit (availability).

2Mark Available Days

Toggle the switch next to each day of the week you're typically free. A day with its toggle turned on means you're generally available on that day — no time window required.

3Add a Time Window (Optional)

If you're only free during certain hours, fill in the From and To fields (e.g. 18:00–22:00). This helps managers pick a time within your window. You can also add an optional Label (e.g. "Evening", "After work") to describe the slot.

4Add Multiple Windows (Shift Workers)

If you work shifts and are free at different times on the same day — for example 07:00–13:00 and 19:00–22:00 on Mondays — click "Add another window" below the existing slot. Each window can have its own time range and label.

Tip for shift workers: Add all your possible windows and use the notes field (step 5) to explain your rotation pattern so managers know when to check in with you.

5Add Shift Pattern Notes

The Shift Pattern Notes field at the bottom lets you explain a rotation schedule in plain text, for example: "4-on/4-off — check with me before booking" or "Night shifts every other week". This note appears below your availability badges on your profile.

6Save

Click "Save Availability". Your preferences are saved immediately. You can update them any time.

Once saved:

  • Green day badges appear on your profile showing when you're free (and any time ranges).
  • Managers see your availability when scheduling matches.
  • The auto-scheduler shifts individual match dates within a round's week to prefer days when both players are available.
  • If a match is manually booked on a day you've marked as unavailable, the system shows a soft warning — the match can still be saved.

7Find Common Availability With Another Player

Use the Find Common Availability tool to compare your schedule with any other player side-by-side. Days where you're both free are highlighted in green, days where only one of you is free are amber, and days where neither is available are plain.
