How to Edit Your Player Profile

1Find Your Profile

Go to your Player Profile from the Dashboard, or find yourself in a league's player list. You can also click your name in the top-right corner and choose "My Profile", then click "View Player Profile".

2Click "Edit Profile"

This opens the profile editor. The edit button is only available on your own profile — you cannot edit other players' profiles.

3Upload a Photo

Choose a JPEG, PNG, GIF or WebP image (max 5MB). It will be cropped to a circle and displayed on your profile, in league tables, and on match pages.

4Add Your Bio

Write a short description about yourself. This appears on your public profile and is visible to other players and visitors.

5Add Social Links

Enter your social media profile URLs:

  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • X (Twitter)

6Add Darts Platform Usernames

Enter your usernames for popular darts scoring apps so other players can find and add you:

  • Dartcounter
  • Scolia

7Add Equipment Details

Share what equipment you use:

  • Dartboard — the board you play on

Dart Collection

Your dart collection is managed separately from the main profile form. From your profile page, click "Manage Dart Collection" to add, edit, and organise every set of darts you own. You can:

  • Pick from the catalogue (brand, model, weight) or enter a custom dart manually
  • Mark one set as your current setup — shown on your profile and match pages
  • Add a photo, nickname, notes, and acquired date to each set
  • Toggle your collection public or private
  • Earn collector achievements automatically as your collection grows (First Arrows at 1 set, all the way to The Arsenal at 100)

8Save

Click "Save Profile" to apply your changes. Your updated profile will be visible immediately to other players.

9Set Your Availability

Let managers know when you're free to play each week. From your profile, look for the Availability card and click "Set your availability", or go directly to /players/{id}/availability.

You can mark available days, add optional time windows (e.g. 18:00–22:00), add multiple windows for split/shift schedules, and write free-text shift pattern notes. The auto-scheduler uses this to prefer mutually convenient days when generating fixtures.
